North Highlands is an unincorporated community in Sacramento County, and the DMV's location finder does not list a field office there. For the 95660 ZIP code it shows Carmichael (5209 North Ave) first, followed by Roseville (7200 Galilee Road). There is also a DMV self-serve kiosk inside the FoodMaxx at 7477 Watt Ave.
Those are good options, especially the kiosk for a straightforward renewal. No. The kiosk is a DMV self-serve machine for certain registration tasks, and it works well for a simple renewal. We are a private business partner with staff at a counter, so we can review titles, transfers and salvage paperwork with you. A service fee is added to DMV fees.
What is the easiest way to get to you from North Highlands?
Take Elkhorn Blvd east. After it crosses I-80 it becomes Greenback Lane, and Auburn Blvd is just ahead. Most trips take about 10 to 15 minutes.
