This policy explains, in plain English, what information registrationleaders.com collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Registration Leaders LLC is a privately owned business and is not the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
What the booking form collects
When you request an appointment, the form asks for:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service you need and, if you choose to share it, your vehicle's year, make and model
- Your preferred date and time, and any notes you add
- Whether you would like a short follow-up after your visit
- The page of our website you sent the request from
Please do not type sensitive details such as your driver's license number, Social Security number or payment information into the form. We collect what we need for your transaction in person at your appointment.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule your appointment, confirm it by text, phone or email, answer your questions, and follow up about your visit. If you leave the follow-up box checked, we may send you one short message after your appointment asking you to rate our service or leave a review. You can uncheck that box, or tell us at any time that you do not want it.
Where it is stored
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Booking requests are stored in our Netlify account and sent to our business email so we can respond. We may also use a service such as Zapier to send the optional follow-up message. These providers handle the information on our behalf.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a booking request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or when the law requires it.
California residents
If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, call us at (916) 595-8128. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests only as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records, and then delete them.
Children
This website is meant for adults handling vehicle paperwork. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
