Printable review card
A 4x6 counter card and a business-card-size card with a QR code to our Google review page. This is a print tool for our own counter.
How to print
- Open this page in Google Chrome. Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac), or use the print button above.
- Under More settings, turn on Background graphics and set Margins to None.
- Page 1 is the 4x6 counter card. Page 2 is the business-card size. Choose the pages you need.
- Scan the QR code with your phone before printing many copies. It should open registrationleaders.com/review.
Google's rules: this card is a reminder only. Do not ask customers to write the review while they are in the office, and never offer anything in return.

Where does the QR code go?
It opens registrationleaders.com/review, which forwards to our Google review page. Scan it with your phone before printing many copies to make sure it works.
How should the card be used?
As a quiet reminder customers can take home. Do not ask customers to write a review while they are in the office, do not hand them a phone or tablet to do it, and never offer anything in return for a review.
Are you the DMV?
No. Registration Leaders is a private business contracted through the California DMV Business Partner Automation program. We are not the DMV or any government agency, and our service fees are added to DMV fees.
